2 Course  Lunch    $25 (members price)

Starter

Bruschetta – Mix of heirloom cherry tomatoes, onion, basil, olive oil, fetta, pesto, green shallots and balsamic glaze.      
OR
Panfry scallops served in a white wine and bacon sauce served on a bed of sesame seed rice.

Mains

200grm grain fed, rump steak, served with chips, fresh garden salad and bordelaise sauce.
OR
Chicken saltambucca wrapped with prosciutto served with crushed chat potatoes and blanched broccolini, finished with mustard cream sauce.

3 Course Dinner   $35 (members price)

Starter

Salt and Pepper Squid served with sweet carrot and chili slaw, lemon dressing and garlic aioli. (GF option available)
OR
Toasted Quinoa Vegetable Stack – roasted mushroom, grilled tomato, avocado, sunflower, roasted red pepper and spinach, finished with lemon and olive oil dressing.  (V)

Main

Herb Crusted Salmon – pan fried, served with creamy mash potatoes, garlic prawns, prawn crackers, blanched asparagus and lemon. (GF)
OR
Smoked BBQ Ribs and Wings with house made bbq, hickory, cola sauce, served with crunchy apple slaw and sweet potato wedges.

DessertBanana fritter made in house served with icecream, salted caramel and toasted coconut.
OR
Coconut Vanilla Panna cotta with strawberry, raspberry, toasted coconut, passion fruit and mango puree.
